Managing a cooking fire is not as easy as just being able to make a big fire. Learn how to manage a fire for different types of food and cooking techniques - spit roasting, cauldron cooking several ways including with cooking bags, in-period pressure-cooker and slow-cooker techniques in ceramic and metal pots - from an experienced "over the fire" cook. Discussion only. No real fire involved in this class.
