A chance to practice together for the Ball and Village Dance

Come and explore the wardrobe of THL Elisabetta Foscari and discuss the layers worn by a Venetian gentildonna.  I will discuss what I have made and my processes in making it including research and construction.

Beads are a significant form of adornment for Scandinavian women in the early medieval period. With reference to primary sources, this class examines the materials, colours, shapes and styles of Viking beads. Includes what to look for in modern and reproduction beads, and how to use them to create a good period effect.

An overview of late 16th Century Spanish women’s clothing, including Court clothing, non-court clothing, and suitable accessories including headwear.

Innsbruck is a lovely song Isaac. This rehearsal is aimed at people who are comfortable singing part-music from score (though you don't have to be able to sight-read). 

The idea is to practice Innsbruck thoroughly (learning parts from scratch if necessary) so we can sing it confidently. If you liked it at the All Comers Chorus and want to make sure you're ready for next time, this is the class for you.
