So you started playing with embroidery but you just can't seem to get it working the way you thought it should? Wanted to try this but thought "that’s just a bit challenging"?
This class will run through where to start, different styles of working frames and best practice with those, some of the common issues new stitchers encounter and how to resolve or avoid them. It includes learning three fairly simple stitches that are fairly common throughout our Historical context.
Please also bring any issues you are having and we can definitely work through how those can be resolved or prevented in the future.
Class limit – 6 participants, no limit on those who want to observe.
Materials (the loan of a hoop, fabric, cotton thread and needle) provided for six participants.
