Here follows the menu for a superb Roman Feast, prepared by Lady Ellen of Wyteley. Please note that the menu may change, due to availability of ingredients or other unforeseen circumstances. Should you need details about specific ingredients, please enquire at the event itself.
The feast will be served on Tuesday evening in the Great Hall. At the same time, an informal Repast will be served near Tui Lodge, for those who are not attending the feast.
